By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Earning Rewards

WellzOn Reward Credits(referred to as “Credits”) can be earned through eligible actions, promotions, or referrals, as detailed on the WellzOn app or website.
Credits are issued in your WellzOn account and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Certain actions, such as completing bookings, promotional campaigns, or app referrals, may grant Credits.
Credits may have expiration dates, and it is your responsibility to use them before they expire, refer to https://www.wellzonapp.com/rewards for more information.

Credits can be gifted to another user by entering their email address within the WellzOn app.
Upon payment, the recipient will receive an email with a unique code to redeem the gifted Credits.
Recipients must redeem their Credits via the Rewards section of the WellzOn app.

Credits can be applied toward eligible services available on the WellzOn platform.
To redeem, select the desired service and apply your Credits at checkout.
Credits cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
If the Credits balance is insufficient to cover the full cost of a service, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.

Credits used for canceled services will be refunded to your WellzOn account if the cancellation adheres to the refund policy.
Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards.
WellzOn reserves the right to adjust or void Credits if fraud, abuse, or errors are detected.

Credits cannot be resold, transferred to another account, or redeemed outside of the WellzOn platform.
Credits do not carry monetary value and cannot be used for tipping or tax payments.
WellzOn reserves the right to modify earning rates, expiration timelines, or eligibility requirements without prior notice.

WellzOn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at its sole discretion.
In case of termination, any remaining Credits will expire immediately unless otherwise specified by WellzOn.

Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the issue occurrence or time of service for resolution.

Participation in the Rewards Program is subject to review. Any misuse, such as fraudulent activity or abuse, will result in the forfeiture of Credits and potential account suspension.

WellzOn, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to determine Credit eligibility, including revoking of Credits, and enforce the terms of this policy.
