Whether it’s your first time booking a wellness service or you’re a returning client, here are a few helpful guidelines to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience:

  • Pets: We love pets too! But for a distraction-free session, we recommend keeping them in a separate, safe area during your appointment.
  • Smoking and substance Use: Please ensure your space is smoke-free before your provider arrives, as some may have sensitivities or allergies.
  • Alcohol & Wellness Services: Alcohol consumption before a session is not recommended and may result in the provider declining the appointment for safety reasons.
  • Mutual Respect: WellzOn is built on professionalism and respect. Clients must remain properly covered during sessions, and all interactions must be appropriate. Any inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or harassment will result in immediate removal from WellzOn.

Zero Tolerance Policy

  • Client Accountability: Clients with consistently low ratings undergo investigation, and appropriate actions are taken to maintain a respectful provider-client relationship.

  • Providers may cancel the appointment if they determine that the client's accessibility needs cannot be adequately accommodated before the session begins.

2. Hygiene & Professionalism

  • To ensure a great experience, we recommend carrying a travel-friendly hygiene kit for freshening up between appointments.
  • Maintaining a professional and clean appearance helps establish trust and confidence with your clients.

3. Smoking & Fragrances

Safe and Secure Payments with WellzOn

At WellzOn, all transactions must be completed through the WellzOn app using our secure escrow system powered by Trustap. This ensures that both clients and providers are protected, and payments are processed fairly and securely.

Why You Should Always Pay Through WellzOn

  • Secure Transactions – Payments are held in escrow by Trustap until the service is completed, preventing fraud and ensuring fairness for both parties.
  • Fraud Protection – Transactions made outside the app (e.g., CashApp, Zelle, or Venmo) cannot be tracked by our team, limiting the support we can provide in case of disputes.
  • No Off-Platform Payments – Offering or accepting payments outside WellzOn is considered disintermediation and may result in permanent removal from the platform. This includes negotiating a lower price for services outside of the app.
  • Tipping Through the App – WellzOn allows secure in-app tipping, ensuring both parties receive a receipt and the provider keeps 100% of their tip.
