  • You waive any claims against WellzOn relating to your Submission, including but not limited to intellectual property claims, rights of ownership, and financial compensation.

Exceptions

This policy does not apply to:

  • Submissions made as part of a formal collaboration, partnership, or contractual agreement with WellzOn.
  • Submissions requested explicitly by WellzOn through official channels such as contests, surveys, or open innovation programs where specific terms and conditions apply.
